Stage V Emission Standards for Self-Propelled Ag-Machinery Will Become Valid as of 5 January 2023!
The Stage V standards, currently in force in the EU, adopted by the EU Parliament in July 2016 and published in the Official Journal of the EU as Regulation (EU) 2016/1628 in September, which will replace the Regulation 97/68 / AT in our country, was published in the Official Gazette dated September 11, 2020.
The relevant legislation covers tractors, harvesters, etc. in our industry also includes emission levels of self-propelled agricultural machinery. There is even a special regulation for cotton harvesters in the legislation. As is evident from the legislation, manufacturers will keep launching the engines on the market and will directly switch to stage V on 01.01.2023. Next-generation emission standards for cotton harvesters are set to be effective from 19 September 2026.
