New Anti-Dumping Duties on Imports of Hoeing Machines from China!
Last week, the Ministry of Trade has published a regulation in the official journal that imposing definitive duties on imports of hoe machines with hs code no. 8432.29.90.00.19 originating in the People’s Republic of China.
The anti-dumping duties imposed range from 49.49% to 92.25%. Within the scope of the regulation, retailers and importers will force to pay provisional anti-dumping tariffs for hoeing machines from China (with regular duty and GST on top of that total amount).
