The Up-to-date Tractor Production, Registery and Export Figures in Turkey, by September 2014

There has been a decrease in the amount of tractor production in Turkey since June 2014, which is acceptable considering the general trend in Turkey in summer seasons. However, the tractor production figure of the first 8 months of 2014 (42,341 units) is nevertheless %20.3 greater than the same period of 2013 (35,178 units), and production amount in August 2014 (4,203 units) is 38% larger than that of 2013 (3,037 units). Yet, the production figure of August 2014 is 8.7% less than that of the last month, where the production figure of June 2014 was 5,886 units.
Similar to the production trend, tractor registeries in Turkey have been decreasing since May 2014, reaching to 4,233 units in July where the figure was 5,094 units in May, the highest of the 2014 until July. The decrease trend is again acceptable considering the general trend in Turkey in summer seasons, and it is expected to begin to increase as of September and keep this positive trend until the end of the year. On the other hand, registery figures of the first 7 months of 2014 (29,416 units) is 11% greater than that period of the last year.
The amount of Turkey's tractor exports is in an upswing trend, where the export figure of the first 8 months of 2014 is 11,400 units, which is 20.3% larger than the same period of 2013. At the same time, this is a record breaking cumulative figure compared to the same periods of 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
